Climb with the Haarlem Town Queers!

We will be climbing with our lovely community again! We are welcome at Klimmuur Haarlem for a private event. Are you an inexperienced climber, but the idea excites you? This is the moment you’ve been waiting for :) And please bring your friends! In case you don’t want to climb, you are welcome to hang out. We have the Klimmuur to ourselves: Queers only.

Entrance is free. Please bring your own gear if you have it. If you don’t have any, you can borrow some for free. Clean sneakers are also an option if you prefer those.

Upon entrance you’ll receive a token to get a drink at the bar. If you want to climb, you'll have to register at Klimmuur. We will provide tablets for this. When registering you will also have to agree to Klimmuur's terms and conditions, which you can review at their website.

Good to know

If you're certified to climb on your own (climbers with K2 status) feel free to start climbing when you get there. For all others we will have an introductory class. During this class you are allowed to belay under supervision. After the class you will not be allowed to belay, however you can still climb with a certified belayer if you want. Do you want to belay? Make sure you're on time for the intro lesson. If you are under 18, you are not allowed to belay, but you'll still be able to join the intro lesson as a climber.
